Shipping & Returns

Delivery 

Our Free Delivery Service covers the majority of England & Wales (Mainland only) for orders over £250 (inc VAT) with exception of the following postcodes:-

Postcodes with £200 delivery charge: FY, PR, BB, LA, BD, DL, HG, LS, YO, HU

Postcodes we don't deliver to: SR, DH, CA, NE, TD, DG, EH, ML, KA, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Wight or Channel Islands.

Current delivery & lead times are shown on product pages for each individual product.  Please do not book tradesmen until your delivery has arrived.

Deliveries are made using our own transport team, although occasionally we may choose to use subcontractors or couriers to make certain deliveries.

A delivery note will accompany each delivery which will need to be signed for.  In the event that you're not available to accept and sign for your delivery, you can request that we leave your order in a safe place, of your choice.  This is at your discretion and we can take no responsibility for your order, after it has been delivered.

If you unsure of any particular products delivery lead times, please contact us before ordering to avoid disappointment.

Acceptance of the delivery is acceptance of the order, quantities, quality and specification.  Please ensure that you check your delivery on arrival, any discrepancies can not be rectified at a later date.

 

Collection

You are welcome to place your order and make collection.  We will notify you once your order is complete. Collection needs to be made within 7 working days of being notified that it is ready and available to collection unless agreed differently.

 

Returns

Bespoke, made to order or custom products are not eligible for return, unless faulty, defective or damaged on arrival.  Please make a note on our delivery note of any discrepancies before our delivery driver leaves.

Stock items can be returned within 30 days, providing they are in their unused original condition and accompanied by your original delivery note and invoice.  Failure to provide the relevant paperwork may cause delays in dealing with the return process.

Once goods are back with us, we will inspect them to ensure they qualify for return, remake or refund.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-cut or specially ordered timber products
  • Products that have been used, altered, or installed
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items sold as clearance or marked as non-returnable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Returns Process

If you have received goods, please check them at the time of delivery.  Make a note on the delivery note of the discrepancies.  Goods can sometimes be returned with the same delivery driver on the day.  Occasionally, we will need to arrange a re-collection on a future date.  If this is the case, please contact us to arrange a re-collection.

Refunds

If you would like to request a refund for any order you have placed, delivered or not, please contact us by telephone or email for the best process to follow.  Guidance will be given so that you follow the correct procedure and eliminate any delay in processing your refund.  Any delivery charges will not be refunded unless the error is on our part.

A further delivery charge may be charged for re-delivery of any order that qualifies for chargeable delivery, otherwise delivery will be free, depending on the order value and postcode.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds can take between 15-25 working days to process.
